FightFit is our version of Kickboxing. We develop combinations from basic kickboxing movements and integrate cardiovascular interval training. FightFit will take your training to the next level. FightFit is definitely challenging. However, modifications allow ALL FITNESS LEVELS to enjoy the FightFit experience.



FightStrong is a training program like no other. Fight and Strength training combined into one class!

The fusion of kickboxing and weight training makes FightStrong one of the most innovative training programs. FightStrong takes your fitness to an entirely different level.

ALL FITNESS levels are welcome to FightStrong…simply modify. FightStrong is that NEW challenge you’ve been looking for!


1-on-1 Training

Work 1-on-1 to learn the proper techniques and fundamentals of kickboxing. This hour long class is led by our professional FightFit – FightStrong Certified Coaches that will meet you at your skill level and build from there you will leave with a greater understanding of how to properly execute punches and kicks plus learning the importance of Kickboxing footwork. Develop your skills with our coaches 1-on-1 to then bring your newfound knowledge to one of our group classes.

Absolutely NOT

FightFit FightStrong is designed to allow each person to traIn at their own pace.  However, we also allow the advance students to challenge themselves. We modify to each class to every Members individual level.

We offer 2 different classes…

FightFit  and FightStrong. All fitness level are welcome.  We modify each class to each individuals needs.

MMA or hybrid gloves (available for purchase), towel, socks or bare feet, water bottle and a positive attitude.

*boxing gloves are welcome for kickboxing classes only.

Your memberships entitles you to  unlimited classes. Classes are available daily to fit your schedule. We suggest 2-3 times weekly to see great results.

Most members have never taken a kickboxing class.

If a young adult under the age of 18 is interested a parent/guardian must sign him/her into class.  Minimum age is 16.

We offer a variety of membership options to fit anyone’s budget.  Simply talk to one of our staff members after your trial class.

Each class can accommodate 20 members.

If your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.
