Fight Fitness

Fight Fitness is our main class offering; it is a HYBRID training system in one 45 minute class. The class combines 20 minutes of Martial Arts and Self Defense striking techniques, followed by 20 minutes of strength training, and a final 5 minute cool down making this a total body workout.

This concept fuses both traditional and progressive training principles with skills from Kickboxing, Muay Thai, CrossFit, Bootcamps, Weight training, and HIIT to create an innovative, effective, and functional fitness program. We rotate our weight lifting schedule both daily and weekly so that each day offers something new!

All fitness levels are welcome.

Personal Training

Whether your goal is to lose weight, strength train, improve overall fitness level, learn how to fight, or train like a fighter, our Personal Training program will help meet your goals. Individual training with one of our FightFit Certified Personal Trainers is an effective way to take your exercise routine to new levels- we provide the motivation, encouragement, and accountability you’re looking for!

Below is a list of our Personal Training programs so that you can choose which session will fit you best:

  • FITNESS & CONDITIONING- 45 MINUTES
    • Improve your overall health: strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, balance, coordination, stress management, and cardiovascular health. We will completely customize your session to meet your needs. A great option for those looking to start their fitness journey and get in shape! All fitness levels are welcome.
  • NEXT LEVEL STRIKE TRAINING- 45 MINUTES
    • Take a step into the world of fighting: develop your martial arts speed, accuracy, strength, and endurance through striking and defending drills. Prepare to learn new techniques and advanced kickboxing / martial arts concepts.
    • This is an ADVANCED session- kickboxing or mixed martial arts experience is preferred but not mandatory. Proper boxing/MMA gloves and shin guards are required.
  • FIGHTER HYBRID TRAINING- 60 MINUTES
    • Train like a fighter: this program is one of the most innovative training systems to develop your martial arts abilities. Hybrid Training fuses all of the most effective techniques in the fitness and Mixed Martial Arts world- battle ropes, suspension bands, kettlebells, dynamic training, focus mitts, Thai pads, body pads, sparring, expect it all!
    • This is a VERY ADVANCED session- kickboxing or mixed martial arts experience is highly recommended but not mandatory. Proper boxing/MMA gloves, shin guards, headgear and mouthpiece are required.

All of our personal trainers are highly skilled professionals with certifications in multiple disciplines. All personal training is conducted through pre-scheduled appointments that you and your trainer will arrange together to fit your agenda, and have a strict 24 hour notice cancellation policy.

Next Level Team

Next Level is a partner oriented class composed of striking and defending drills- this is where we train like fighters as a team. The goal here isn’t to strike hard or fast; we focus on accuracy and precision in order to learn new fighting techniques and advanced kickboxing concepts.

This is an ADVANCED class- it is mandatory that you have the proper gloves and shin guards and may require the use of Thai pads.

Kickboxing or Mixed Martial Arts experience is required. If you are interested in joining the Next Level team, please talk to one of our coaches!

This is a small group class with limited space- it is reserved for full time members only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Our FightFit class is a 45 minute fitness class that includes bag work, weight lifting, and a cool down, all offered at a variety of membership options. We also offer Private Training packages that can be inquired through our email. Please see our SERVICES or MEMBERSHIPS tab for more information!

We are a small private studio that comfortably accommodates 16 people per class.

MMA, boxing, or hybrid gloves and plenty of water. We can provide rental gloves for a small fee, and we also have gloves available for purchase. If it is your first time visiting the studio we require you to arrive 15 minutes prior to class start-time.

Our memberships allow you to take unlimited classes during business hours. We recommended attending AT LEAST 2-3 classes per week in order to see results!

Nope! We encourage every fighter to train at their own pace. Our coaches are always available to help modify any workout to meet your individual needs. Whether you are a beginner or advanced member, each class is meant for you to create your own challenge. We are a judgement-free studio and would love to kickstart your fitness journey!

Again, nope! While we love our experienced fighters, it is not required for you to have any kind of kickboxing or martial arts based background. Our coaches will teach you everything you need to know through a brief tutorial prior to your first class.

We love kids, but we prefer to keep our studio adult-only. You MUST BE AT LEAST 18 years old, or 16 with a parent/guardian present throughout the duration of class.
